Nkiru Olumide-Ojo leads a diverse team across African countries, delivering business objectives through brand marketing, corporate communications, and corporate social investment management. With over 20 years of experience in corporate reputation building and management, she has successfully delivered projects with international organizations such as the United Nations World Food Programme and Global Fund.

In addition to her corporate role, Nkiru runs a social impact agency focused on marketplace readiness and capacity building. She serves on two boards and excels at building positive relationships with various stakeholders. She is also a certified coach and a published author.

She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Kingston University, Surrey, in London, UK. She earned her postgraduate and first degree in Biological Science at the University of Calabar. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

In September 2017, Nkiru published her book, The Pressure Cooker: Lessons from a Woman at Work, based on her weekly column in Business Day (Nigeria). The book offers insights into how women can be successful in their careers while maintaining a home front.
